Apraxia, cluttering, aphasia, stuttering or "just" speaking anxiety
It may not ever really get better -wait- in the way you've imagined and speaking will always be a struggle -hang in there, I'm getting to my point- but dealing with anxiety and nasty thoughts about yourself in a creative way and feeling free to fully experiment without any consequences, really helps feeling better about yourself. And yes, that is important.
