Tensions and anxiety turn acting into a mental and very stressful exercise. That is no breaking news to you.
So besides the unpleasant feelings - because of your body's freeze reaction, there is no space for (physical) subtlety, variation, nuance and reacting in the moment, no matter how much you practice, it still feel wooden and unnatural.
I can teach how you to make your acting natural, enjoyable and therefore more layered by working on the voice, body and your acting at the same time, from a place of relaxation. I will work with you on the moment, before you start acting. That moment that defines how you will perform your role.
Through improv (experiment with in the moment stress release), meditation and I use horse coaching as I think these sensitive techniques help to connect with body and release tensions beyond the surface of things. There's a lot that can be learned from horses. They know how to react very in the moment and, as far as I can judge, act extremely natural.
